摘要：This article intends to present and promote the rights of crime victims from the new system of investigation and prosecution of criminal accusatory trend that was implemented in Colombia through Law 906 of 2004, which develops academic work first, analyzing the new quality that plays the victim into the adversarial system that took effect punitive, later to examine the legal development and above all it has achieved solidify jurisprudential recognition of the victim as special intervening in the national criminal procedure.
其他摘要：Este artículo pretende presentar y difundir los derechos de la víctima del delito a partir del nuevo sistema de investigación y juzgamiento penal de tendencia acusatoria que se implementó en Colombia por medio de la Ley 906 de 2004, labor académica que se desarrolla en primer lugar, analizando la nueva calidad que desempeña la víctima al interior del sistema adversarial punitivo que entró en vigencia, para posteriormente examinar el desarrollo jurídico y sobre todo jurisprudencial que ha logrado solidificar el reconocimiento de la víctima como interviniente especial en el procedimiento penal nacional.
