  • 摘要:This study aims to describe the form and uniqueness of language politeness in classroom interaction in senior high school with a background of Java language. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method with sociopragmatic approach. Data in the form of students' speech in the learning process of Bahasa Indonesia. Technique of collecting data by using listening, feee, participating, speaking and data transcription. Data analysis techniques use interactive model in the form of data collection, data reduction, data analysis, and conclusion. The results show that there are generosity maxim, tact maxim, modesty maxim, agreement maxim, and sympathy maxim. As for the uniqueness of Javanese language in classroom interaction with marker of basa krama alus and basa ngoko.
