摘要：The Memoires of Vladimir Guerrier is still not published in full. This is largely due to the fact that the last copy of the manuscript was not prepared by the author. The part of Guerrier manuscript, which was dedicated to the memories of the Moscow municipal Duma, was reworked by author many times again. In fact, Guerrier has prepared two versions of this Chapter or two parts of one Chapter. The First part was published early and was dedicated colleagues Guerrier at the Duma and focused readers attention on the problem of Duma politicization and radicalization. Below will be presented the second part of memories in which the historian has summed up the results of their own work in the Duma on a post of the Chairman of the Commission of social inventions for Moscow citizens.
