摘要：The process of preparation and holding of the 4,sup>th (20th All-Russian Archaeological Congress that took place in Kazan on October, 21-25, 2014, is described in the article. The basic content and results of all the sections’ proceedings and round-table discussions are represented. The results of the scientific forum are summarized. The resolutions of the congress are published as a separate document containing recommendations to different state bodies of the Russian Federation as to the measures necessary for cultural resource management and consolidation of scientific and educational basis for further research.
