摘要:Investigaciones realizadas por varios autores, tomando de ellos un extracto que permita conocer sobre las diferentes estrategias, mediante casos puestos en práctica por varias empresas y que les han sido de gran utilidad para alcanzar aquellos objetivos que se han planteado. Concluyendo de esta manera que una empresa que no tome en consideración la parte emocional de sus colaboradores, está destinada a fracasar en su desarrollo, a quedarse estancada en el camino de la superación. Se sugiere que las empresas tomen la iniciativa para empoderar a sus colaboradores para mejorar el ambiente laboral.AbstractEach of the aspects related to emotional intelligence and the company have been reviewed by the nominations made by several authors taking from them a sample that allows to understand the various strategies through cases implemented by several firms that have been them useful for achieving those objectives that have been raised. Thus concluding a business that does not take into account the emotional part of its employees, it is bound to fail in their development, to remain standing in the way of improvement. It suggested that companies take the initiative to empower their employees to improve the work environment.
