摘要：El presente artículo analiza la figura del jurídico de la provincia Hispania Citerior, sus características principales y algunas cuestiones que le diferencian de los jurídicos de otras provincias. Se argumenta su origen augusteo y se plantea la posibilidad de haber existido algunos jurídicos con el rango propraetore, al igual que en Pannonia. Finalmente, se relaciona la creación del cargo por parte de Augusto con la reorganización y estructuración territorial de la provincia Citerior, la más extensa del Imperio romano. The present article analyzes the figure of the juridical one of the county Hispania Citerior, its main characteristics and some questions that they differentiate him of the juridical of other counties. One argues their origin on the Augustus time and thinks about the possibility of having existed some juridical ones with the range propraetore, the same as in Pannonia. Finally, is related the creation of the position on the part of Augustus with the reorganization and territorial structuring of the county Citerior, the most extensive in the Roman Empire.
