摘要：This article aims to analyze the communicational process between the basic health units and Public health officials in the city of Bauru-SP as a methodology, we note unsystematic, applying descriptive-exploratory character questionnaires and bibliographical and documentary. As a result, the survey showed the need for improvement in the informational strategies with your users, in addition to a valuation in the role of social service as a mediator and promoter of health campaigns.
