标题：Peran Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (Bpjs) Kesehatan Dan Implikasinya Terhadap Ketahanan Masyarakat (Studi Di Rsud Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan, Provinsi Bengkulu)
摘要：This thesis analyzes the role of the national system of social assurance on health services, which is less than maximum because of several obstacles in the fieid.This causes impact to the social community.The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the Social Security Agency (BPJS) on health services in Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital and to find out what abstacles are faces by Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital in applying BPJS.The methodology used in this study in descriptive qualitative method.The study itself was conducted at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital in Bengkulu Selatan.The descriptive analysis on the data was based on Miles and Huberman.Based on analysis on the role of BPJS system to the citizen in health issue, they aim for four improvements.The first one to facilitate people with financial issue to get equal health services, BPJS mechanism would provide easy access to health facilities.Second, the improvement of physical facilities and infrastructure showed a positive influence.Third, the role of BPJS in improving social immunity in heath issue thruogh the improvement of the professionalism of health service is shown by periodically.Fourth, the role of BPJS in improving the public health shuold be conducted by improving promotive and preventive programs, another finding shows that BPJS that had not been entirely effective because there are a few deficiency such as the lack of laboratory equipment and the unused of hemodialysis equipment.Identified factors that are internally significant are: (1) mechanism factors on releasing the claim of BPJS; (2) hospital’s financials; (3) infrastructure factors; (4) human resources.Identified factors that inluence externally are: (1) people are not aware of mechanism of BPJS and the perception that iit is difficult to manage, which unfortunately still stick with them; (2) communication among insitution; (3) factor of the surruondings where the informant state that regional government consider this program as an important program and shoule be well managed so it needs full support to go well; (4) regulation factor where the implementation of JKN program is supported by the rules applied and has gone well.
