摘要:Developments in information technology have an impact on librarian non-verbal communication in providing their library services. Many verbal communication is not effective because the communicator does not use non-verbal communication well. It also occurs in STIKES Aisyiyah Yogyakarta , which encourages authors to conduct research deskripstif . Sampling was done randomly , by 10.5 % from 2471 people, which is 260 students. Caputo opinion is used to determine the perceptions of students in non-verbal communication can be shown with five things, namely : 1. Facial expressions and eye contact when communicating , 2. Expressions hand, 3. Expressions position, 4. Voice expression, and 5. Expressions physical appearance. The results showed that students' perceptions of librarian non-verbal communication in STIKES Aisyiyah Yogyakarta is " not good", indicated by the value of 2.98 (scale 1-4), so it needs to be an effort to improve it.
