摘要：Assessment of students’ needs is an important activity in guidance and counseling, in which the implementation is inseparable from problems. Problems related to ratio; instrument; and procedures must be solved. The particular study aimed to produce an application of students’ need assessment using short message service (SMS) which fulfill the user and expert acceptability criteria. Research and development design was used to achieve the objectives. The results show that the application has been fulfill the acceptability criteria.
