摘要：The purpose of this study was to: (1) determine the quality of teaching and teacher atSDN 1 Wangun Palang Tuban; (2) determine the relationship of the frequency of educationalsupervision by the principal with teaching quality of teachers at SDN 1 Wangun PalangTuban; and © describe the clinical supervision conducted by the principal to improve theteaching quality of teachers at SDN 1 Wangun Palang Tuban. This study used a descriptiveapproach. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results of analysis showthat there is significant increase in the frequency of use of learning clinical supervision by theprincipal with the quality of teaching and teacher at SDN 1 Wangun Palang Tuban.
