摘要：This research aims to describe the training design held at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang in terms of CEM Leonard Nadler, to identify the strength and weakness of the training design held at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang in terms of CEM Leonard Nadler, and discovering the causes of strength and weakness of the training design held at IKIP Budi Utomo in terms of CEM Leonard Nadler. This research method uses a qualitative research approach. The results of this research indicate that the training design prepared at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang in accordance with the nine components determined by Leonard Nadler in CEM.
