摘要：the development of life aspect creates many useful innovation for human life, all at once it makes negative aspect if didn’t have equality in their application. Therefore need education role through material substantion and learning model which help students to solving problem. Learning model which can support that purpose is Project citizen. This article method based from literature and observation in a class of Education of Environment, Social, Culture, Techonology (PLSBT), Education of Primary School Teachers.
