摘要:The purpose of this study was to know the implementation of school management based on environmental literacy to increase environmental awareness of students of SMA 10 Semarang, Central Java. This is a qualitative approach with a type of case study. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of the study follow Miles and Huberman namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification, and conclusion. The results of the study are that the planning function has done well with the establishment of objectives and the formation of an environmental literacy team; organizing function in the form of forming organizational structures; actuating function by providing motivation to all academic citizens through reward and punishment; controlling functions through monitoring and supervision; but the environmental awareness of students at SMA 10 Semarang has not been maximized. Students' awareness on the environment needs to be fully cultivated. The suggestion are that planning should involve school committees and alumni; organizing should include all organizations in the school; actuating must involve all parties including caferatia; controlling the need for coordination between various parties; and giving reward to students who already have environmental awareness.
