摘要：It is just a few months since the Civil Procedure Act 2010 (CPA) came into force on 1 January 2011. It is the only act of Parliament in Victoria devoted entirely to civilprocedure. Its opening section makes a bold clarion call seeking to reform and modernise procedures and processes relating to the resolution of civil proceedings.
