摘要：The increasing volume of civil cases in the courts in Victoria requires courts to manage civil litigation innovatively to facilitate the just, efficient, timely and cost-effective resolution of the real issues in disputes between the parties. Effective methods of case management by specialist supervising judges with the use of alternative dispute resolution are at the forefront of the administration of civil justice in the County Court of Victoria.
