摘要：La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los encuadres noticiosos realizados sobre las noticias protagonizadas por las deportistas en los informativos de las principales cadenas de televisión del territorio español durante los Juegos Olímpicos de Río de Janeiro (2016). Para ello, se combinaron las técnicas de análisis de contenido y del discurso con el fin de establecer comparaciones entre las informaciones protagonizadas por mujeres y hombres, y explorar los mecanismos periodísticos a través de los cuales se producían encuadres asimétricos. Los resultados de la investigación muestran como el deporte femenino recibe más encuadres noticiosos que trivializan sus éxitos deportivos y adscriben a las deportistas a roles y estereotipos de género que nada tienen que ver con el deporte.
其他摘要：The objective of the research is to analyze the news frames about women athletes in the television sports coverage by the main generalist channels in Spain during the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games (2016). To do so, the techniques of content analysis and discourse analysis were combined. Content analysis was used to compare the news reported about men and women athletes, while discourse analysis was used to explore the journalistic mechanisms through which asymmetric news frames about women's sport were produced. The results of the research show that all the channels analysed, both public and private, news about women's sports used more news frames that trivialized women’s athletic successes while assigning them gender roles and stereotypes that have nothing to do with sports.
