摘要：¿Qué es el CJEx? ¿Por qué existe? ¿Cuáles son sus funciones? ¿Realmente, tendría sentido pretender una hipotética supresión de este organismo en aras a una pretendida racionalización administrativa del sector público, a través de una eventual fusión con otro tipo de organismo? O, por el contrario ¿tendría más sentido dotarlo de más recursos de todo tipo con vistas a que la juventud extremeña organizada pueda seguir expresando libre y democráticamente, qué necesita, qué espera, qué demanda para ya, y para el futuro inmediato? El objeto de este trabajo es analizar la naturaleza jurídica de este organismo, deteniéndonos en la perspectiva comparada con otras Comunidades Autónomas.

Would it really make sense to hipothetically suppress this organization in order to make a pretended more rational administration of the public sector by an eventual merging of this organization into another one? Or, rather, would it make more sense to provide it with more resources in order to allow the Youth from Extremadura to continue expressing democratically their needs, expectations and demands for the present and for the most immediate future by means of this organization? The topic of this essay is to analyse the legal nature of this organisation, focusing on the comparative perspective with other regions of Spain.
