摘要：El objetivo principal de este escrito consiste en explorar las complejas relaciones que actualmente mantienen entre sí el “derecho a la ciudad”, el “derecho a la vivienda” y el “derecho a la cultura” en el ámbito de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Para concretar este propósito, el trabajo se nutre del estudio que cada una de las autoras ha llevado adelante, entre los años 2003-2007, en conjuntos habitacionales de interés social situados en la zona sur de la urbe porteña. Ambas investigaciones se han basado en una aproximación etnográfica que incluyó la observación-participación, la realización de entrevistas en profundidad y el relevamiento de fuentes secundarias.
其他摘要：The main goal of this presentation is to explore the complex relations that currently exist between the “right to city”, “right to housing”, and “right to culture” within the scope of the city of Buenos Aires. For this purpose, this presentation is built on researches that each of the authors have developed (on 2003-2007) in housing units of social interest, located in the south of this “porteña” metropolis. Both researches have been based on an ethnographic approximation which included observation-participation, in-depth interviews, and survey of secondary sources.
