The present research focuses in identifying different aspects influencing the quality of a Physical Education Program in Rio de Janeiro in either positive or negative ways - considering the student's point of view. The Delphi Technique was used for that purpose in two rounds. In the first round, 68 students listed positive and negative aspects about the course. In the second round, 407 subjects answered the opinion scale, where they evaluated if the aspects were positive or negative and how impacting they were in influencing their academic and professional training. Based on the results, it was possible to verify that some of the aspects were predominantly negative - the library and the computer laboratory, for example. Nevertheless, most of the categories showed positive results. It was concluded that the positive aspects were predominant over the negative ones in these categories and also that all of these were considered as highly influential in the academic and professional training for most of the subjects.
