摘要：The aim of this research was to determine the characteristics of the relations between situational-motor skills (volleyball precision) of hitting a target by using the setting and spiking technique and the effectiveness of the game of volleyball. The research included 100 participants - volleyball players who actively compete and who were divided into two subsamples: 50 participants - volleyball players competing in the first national league and 50 participants - volleyball players competing in the second league. The predictor variables included the following: hitting a horizontal target overhand from zone III into position IV while passing the ball from zone VI, from the same side of the court; hitting a horizontal target overhand from zone III into position II while passing the ball from zone VI, from the same side of the court; Hitting a horizontal target with a jump spike from zone IV into position V, VI, and I from the other side of the court, which were used to evaluate the situational-motor skills of the participants. The criterion variables included the following: corrected setting, proper setting, ideal setting, the winning spike, the positive spike, the negative spike and the spike error, which were used to evaluate game effectiveness. The obtained results indicate that the system of situational-motor skills has a statistically significant impact on the variables of the negative spike and spike error among the volleyball players competing in the second league, while in the case of the first national league players, the system of situational-motor skills has a statistically significant influence on the variable of the ideal setting. By analyzing the individual regression coefficients for the volleyball players competing in the first league, we reached the conclusion that two variables, hitting a horizontal target overhand from zone III into position II while passing the ball from zone VI, from the same side of the court (DIPRIZ) and hitting a horizontal target with a spike jump from zone IV into position VI, from the other side of the court (SM IV-VI) are statistically significantly related to the criterion.
