摘要：In the article the basic scientific and intellectual aspects of informative security in conditions of informative war are examined. Principal reasons of such negative processes, that strengthen informative threats, as brain drain, reduction of informative potential and decline of competitiveness of national information technologies, are analyzed. Ukraine has a powerful information potential, but it needs modernization via developing international information cooperation, improving the system of national information security protecting, supporting the development of the information society, providing adequate living conditions and general improvement of the legislative framework. The implementation of these provisions will ensure the state information competitiveness on the international market.
