摘要：An important component of the functioning of state system is the social and legal communication between state institutions and society. Researchers have identified threeapproaches to defining the essence of the social and legal communication. The type of social and legal communication is legal communication. Legal communication has a real, media and network spatial level, it provides direct and indirect modus of communication between Ukrainian citizens and state institutions, and feedback. With the spread of Internet communications, the Ukrainian government began actively use the network level for information and communication support of certain areas of its activities. The newest interactive type of legal communication is the instrument of electronic petitions.
