摘要：The paper deals with some aspects of development of library and information activity according to the information policy of state government based on the principles of e-governance. The relevance of research caused by activation of the information process of e-government in Ukraine and the participation of libraries in it, using a library practice information and communication technologies for the rapid establishment of electronic information interaction of state and local governments at all levels with society, citizens, public institutions is shown. The concept of «electronic information interaction of e-government» is defined, its goals and contents of library and information activity according to the basic strategies of Ukrainian State government institutions on the principles of e-governance are clarified. Importance of incorporate a number of basic problems of electronic information interaction between subjects in the library of e-government practice is substantiated. The modern forms of electronic information interaction among the electronic government are disscused, particularly in the framework of local public libraries in the Ukrainian network of public access to official information, the project «Public libraries – bridges to e-government» and others. The basic directions of development of electronic information interaction as one of the types of communications in public administration on the principles of e-governance are describes, in particular vertically – from citizens to government and from government to citizens, horizontally – between citizens, between the authorities.
