摘要：The article reviews doctoral research on copyright and related rights. The focuse is on the need to improve the legal and regulatory provisions of copyright in library sector, in accordance with modern requirements. It is noted that in reviewed thesises copyright issues in libraries’ activities are not disclosed directly, but the authors consider similar problems as part of their researches, for example, concerning the creation, use, legal status of the service work, office computer programs relevant to library sphere. It is emphasized that the generalization of conclusions of the examined thesises will provide an opportunity to identify promising directions in the field of copyright protection and related rights and to identify ways to address copyright and related rights problems that occur in library activities.
