摘要：Development of resorts of Krasnodar Krai is the priority task allowing to predict and realize the concept of development of the region. Relying on natural and resource and economic potential, long-term planning of the city the Hot Key is carried out. The city the Hot Key, being a sanatorium health resort of the South of Russia, draws attention of investors. Long-term programs are urged to solve essential problems of optimization of a city economy.
