摘要：Job placement of persons with special needs is a problem in Ukraine, because of absence of qualified tutors for accompaniment at a workplace. The aim of the article is presentation and development of the institute of tutorship, necessary for the effective job placement of persons with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Tutors must solve two important tasks.
