摘要：El texto tiene como objetivo analizar cuáles son los derechos fundamentales y si los derechos sociales hacen parte de esta categoría. Para ello se recurre al análisis desde una perspectiva histórica, tomando como enfoque la teoría constitucional. A nivel metodológico el texto se apoya en una variada y solida fuente bibliográfica de autores nacionales y extranjeros.
