摘要：This article discusses the processes of building a quality management system that takes into account the need for innovative updating. The needs of mankind are increasing every year, and to achieve competitive advantages it is necessary to ensure high quality of products. The implementation of a quality management system is a complex and time-consuming process, which includes a set of works and affects almost all aspects of the business entity. A model of an innovative quality management system was proposed.
