摘要：The article explores the life and work of Olexander Zhukovsky, the famous Ukrainian state and political figure, in the years 1917–1918. It highlights his participation in the Ukrainian General Military Committee, as well as the work on the creation of the armed forces of the Ukrainian People’s Republic as a military minister.
