摘要：The impact of the previous and future education of managers on the speed of introducing business changes in business entities in the Republic of Serbia is a topic that has not received enough attention so far. The presented research is a segment of the research previously conducted as part of the doctoral dissertation written by Dragan Doljanica from the Faculty of Management; Economics and Finance in Belgrade. The research discusses possible mathematical projections and solutions; which are supported by extensive statistical empirical research in the field of education and management.
