摘要：Due to the increasing globalization and very dynamic changes in international markets; especially capital markets; capital owners and investors need an independent assessment in terms of financial statements of companies that are the subject of their interest. At the same time; company management is looking for ways to establish better control over companies; which is a long and continuous process. Full support in that process can be provided by internal control. The example of Sierpinski's triangle represents managerial approach to internal control. The presented elements coexist in interrelationship; thus forming a strong and cohesive unit. There is no such system of internal control which can ensure perfect results at all times.
