摘要:This paper presents the results of research into the impact of information technologies on the performance of employees. The relevant data was obtained by surveying 231 managers from different companies in Serbia. It has been found that information technologies have a strong and positive impact on the performance of employees in Serbian companies. The variable "Importance of IT usage " has shown to have the greatest impact on variables "continuous learning" and "organizational dedication of employees". Level of education and ownership structure of the company - as moderators - have exhibited a significant effect on the relations between variables of information technologies and variables of performance of employees. This research has proven that information technologies have a great impact on the promotion of performance of employees in companies which recognize the importance of usage of modern information technologies; and are ready to train and motivate employees for working with them.
