摘要:The speech about quality on goods and services moved from business management to public administration services, including the higher education has provoked a reaction in the opposite way among many of the experts in education. This article is placed in a section of the literature which interest resides in explaining the reasons why a considerable proportion of academics are opposed to the introduction of quality management, and proposes a different approach based in their experience working in an organization with a very specific structural configuration which conditions are favourable for the academic community.
