摘要：The importance of the pegagogic ability of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in Elementary Schools for prospective elementary school teachers is one of the things that cannot be removed in order to achieve the learning objectives of Pancasila and Citizenship Education at the Elementary School level. The purpose of this study was to analyze the pedagogical competence of elementary school teacher candidates through teaching materials for elementary school PKn learning materials. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Milles and Huberman. The results showed that the urgency of teaching materials for PKn elementary school learning materials to build pedagogical competencies for elementary school teacher candidates is 1) Reference, 2) Facilities, 3) Limited time, 4) Motivation to learn. The recommendation of this study is to be able to make teaching materials for elementary PPKn learning materials.
