摘要：Complex construction projects involve subcontracting some tasks, as the main contractor is not able to complete them due to resource unavailability, inadequate expertise, or for purely economic reasons. To coordinate operations on the building site, subcontractors availability has to be considered with respect to the project requirements and subcontractors' project portfolios. The paper presents a mathematical model of this problem and an example of its implementation in the selection of subcontractors.
