摘要：Метою статті є дослідження і розгляд загальних проблем автоматизації, інформатизації та роботизації діяльності в аптечній сфері; розгляд, опис і аналіз процесів роботизації автоподачі ліків у аптеках різних країн та України зокрема. Методами дослідження є методи семантичного аналізу основних понять розглянутої предметної сфери (аптечної). У статті розглянуто підходи до роботизації аптечної діяльності, зокрема автоподачі ліків у аптеці. Новизною проведеного дослідження є аналіз аптечних роботів, історія появи, основні функції аптечних роботів, функціональна схема та програмне забезпечення, проблеми та перспективи роботизації в аптечній сфері в Україні, а також власне бачення на розробку програмного забезпечення для подібних роботів. Висновки. З розвитком аптечних роботів має розвиватися й відповідне програмне забезпечення для них: реалізація нових функцій, досконаліша оптимізація наявних, оптимізація запитів для скорочення загального часу роботи робота тощо. Враховуючи ці аспекти, у наш час розробка програмного забезпечення для аптечного робота є актуальною, популярною та доцільною. Тому пошук шляхів інформаційно-технологічної підтримки процесів, що відбуваються в аптечній сфері, є важливим чинником забезпечення ефективного функціонування аптечних роботів.
其他摘要：The purpose of the article is to study and consider the general problems of automation, informatization and robotization of activities in the pharmacy sector, consideration, description and analysis of the processes of robotization of automatic drug dispensing in pharmacies in different countries and Ukraine in particular. Research methods are methods of semantic analysis of the basic concepts of the considered subject area (pharmacy sphere). The article considers the approaches to the robotization of pharmacy activities, in particular the automatic delivery of drugs in the pharmacy. The novelty of the research is the analysis of pharmacy robots, the history of their appearance, the main functions of pharmacy robots, functional diagram and software, problems and prospects of robotics in pharmacy in Ukraine, as well as their own vision for software development for such robots. The conclusion of the research conducted in the article is that with the development of pharmacy robots should develop and appropriate software for them: the implementation of new functions, better optimization of existing, optimization of requests to reduce the total working time and more. Given these aspects, nowadays the development of software for pharmacy work is relevant, in demand and appropriate. Therefore, the search for ways of information and technological support of the processes taking place in the pharmacy sector is an important factor in ensuring the effective functioning of pharmacy robots.
