摘要：This study aims to look at the relationship between self-adjustment of parents and temper tantrum behavior of autistic children in BIMA West Sumatra Foundation. Subjects in this study were parents of autistic children, BIMA Foundation, Padang, Pariaman, Solok and Padang Panjang Branches. Subjects numbered 31 parents from 31 autistic children whose ages ranged from 2-6 years. The sampling method uses a cluster sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is Product Moment. The results of the data analysis showed a significant negative relationship between parents' adjustment and tantrum temper behavior in autistic children (r = -0.6623s, p = 0.000 (p <0.01)), where the higher the adjustment of the parents, the less tantrum temper behavior in autistic children. Conversely the lower the adjustment of parents, the temper tantrum behavior in autistic children increases in frequency.
