摘要：Os resultados apresentados fazem parte de um estudo mais abrangente sobre a relação das religiões de matrizes africanas e a escola. Os dados aqui apresentados apontam para situações de intolerância religiosa na escola, em especial, ao enfocar a implementação Lei nº10.639/03 e da Resolução CNE/CP nº 1/2004. São dados que trazem a realidade do “chão da escola” e apontam para a relação tensionada entre pares no que diz respeito à orientação reli giosa, onde a escola não coíbe práticas e manifestações de intolerância às religiões de matrizes africanas.
其他摘要：The results presented are part of a broader study on the relationship of african-based religions and school. The data presented here point to religious intolerance situations at school, in particular by focusing on the implementation of Lei nº10.639/03 and Resolution CNE/CP Nº 1/2004. Is data that bring the reality of "ground school" and point to the strained relationship between peers with regard to religious orientation, where the school does not shy away practices and manifestations of intolerance religions of african-based religions.
