摘要：In the last centuries, the studied area belonged to the Old-Polish Industrial District (OPID), where appropriate
environmental conditions have contributed to the development of mining and metallurgy based on hydropower. This
activity led to changes of valley floors and river network, which are visible on historical and contemporary
cartographic materials, as well as in the relief and sediments. This work is a case study of a former water reservoir at
Furmanów in the Czarna Konecka river valley (Poland).
