摘要：El presente texto tiene como finalidad esencial la definición de todo un conjunto de criterios generales y elementos informadores que ayuden a orientar la puesta en acción, a nivel local, de un proyecto de participación infantil y juvenil. Este quiere ser, en definitiva, un documento marco que inspire un determinado modelo de intervención de los más jóvenes en la vida de sus ciudades. Un modelo que potencie una dimensión transformadora del municipio o de la villa.
其他摘要：This article has the essential purpose of defining a set of general criteria and reporting elements that help to guide the implementation action, locally, of a draft child and youth participation. This wants to be, ultimately, a framework document that inspires a certain model of intervention of the youngest in the life of their cities. A model which promotes a transformative dimension of the town or village.
