  • 摘要:The present communication describes the pilot implementation of a program based on Positive Instructional Cognition (PIC), carried out among young people from Cuba. First, there is an explanation of the basis of this model, which is founded in the comprehensive human education proposed by the most important international organizations (OECD, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) and by the psychological models of world-acknowledged authors such as Viktor Frankl and Martin Seligman. In it we develop the three-dimensional competence in the comprehensive education of the person (‘learning to know’, ‘learning to do’ and ‘learning to be’) operativizing it in five different levels: Analysis of the problem, Emotional expression and emotion recognition, Self-knowledge, Reflection and Well-being. And secondly, we explain the implementation of this program and the results of changes in the character strengths and the other dimensions that we have studied (gratitude and capacity of forgiveness).
