摘要：Tanto en Chile como en América Latina y el Caribe, el desempeño de los y las profe- soras, en los distintos establecimientos educativos, ha sido objeto de permanente cuestionamiento. Esto debido a que la formación entregada por las instituciones que forman profesores, no han estado a la altura para satisfacer las demandas del contexto educativo y social Latinoamericano. En este sentido, la iniciación de la práctica como espacio de fortalecimiento de la profesión docente, se considera uno de los requisitos fundamentales que los sistemas de formación inicial deben proveer. En relación a lo anterior, el siguiente documento tiene como objetivo proponer un modelo pedagógico para la Formación Inicial Docente (FID), desplegado bajo el eje de práctica y con foco en el desarrollo de competencias de reflexión e investigación-acción.
其他摘要：Both in Chile and in Latin America and the Caribbean, the performance of teachers in the different educational institutions has been subject of constant questioning. This is because the training provided by the institutions that train teachers have not been up to the demands of the Latin American educational and social context. In this sense, the initiation of practice as a space for strengthening the teaching profession, is considered one of the fundamental requirements that initial training systems must provide. In relation to the above, the following study aims to propose a pedagogical model for Initial Teacher Education (ITE), deployed under the axis of the Teaching Practice and focused on the development of reflection and action research skills.
