摘要：Two new macrolides, iriomoteolides-14a ( 1 ) and 14b ( 2 ) have been isolated from the marine dinoflagellate Amphidinium species (strain KCA09057).Compounds 1 and 2 are 15-membered macrolides, which are structural analogs of amphidinolides O ( 3 ) and P ( 4 ).The structures of 1 and 2 were assigned on the basis of detailed NMR analyses and chemical conversion studies.Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate cytotoxic activity against human cervix adenocarcinoma HeLa cells.
