摘要：Ýstanbul'un fethinin ardýndan Sadrazam Davud Paþa'nýn 15.yy'da inþa ettirdiði külliye içerisinde kurulduðu bilinen ve Paþa'nýn ismi ile anýlan Davudpaþa Mahkemesi Ýstanbul'un en eski þer-i mahkemelerinden biridir. Osmanlý Devleti'nde cami, mescit gibi yapýlarýn içerisinde ya da kadýlarýn ikamet ettikleri binalarda kurulduðu bilinen mahkemeler için, 19.yy'a kadar fonksiyon olarak özelleþmiþ bir yapý türü bulunmamaktadýr. Tarihi Yarýmada'nýn geçirdiði yangýnlardan etkilendiði bilinen ve günümüze ulaþmayan Davudpaþa Mahkemesi'nin ismini 19.yy'ýn sonlarýna kadar çeþitli haritalarda takip etmek mümkün olsa da, mahkemenin kurulduðu yapý hakkýnda elde edilebilen fiziksel veriler oldukça azdýr. Bu çalýþmada ilk olarak genel hatlarýyla Osmanlý mahkemelerinin konumlarýna deðinilmiþ, daha sonra Davudpaþa Mahkemesi'nin yapýsal özellikleri hakkýnda Baþbakanlýk Osmanlý Arþivi'nden elde edilen özgün belgelerin saðladýðý veriler incelenmiþtir. Özellikle mahkemeye ait H: 1307 / M:1890 tarihli keþf-i evvel belgesi ve eki; içerdiði kat planý çizimleri ile malzeme ve ölçü bilgileri nedeniyle, hem bir 19.yy mahkeme yapýsý tasarýmý olmasý açýsýndan kýymetli iken, hem de bulunduðu bölgenin tanýmlanmasýnda rol üstlenen Davudpaþa Mahkemesi'nin bir dönem kurulmuþ olduðu yapýnýn fiziksel konumlanmasý hakkýnda fikir veren önemli veriler sunmuþtur.
其他摘要：Davudpaþa Court, which was established in the Kulliye built by Grand Vizier Davud Pasha in the 15th century after the conquest of Istanbul, and known by the name of Pasha, is one of the oldest judicial court in Istanbul. There was no specialized structure type as a judicial function in Ottoman Empire, until the 19th century and courts have been established in buildings such as mosques, masjids or in the residence of qadi. Although it is possible to find the name of the Davudpaþa Court in various maps until the late 19th century, the physical data that can be obtained about the building in which the court was established is limited. In this study, positioning of the Ottoman courts were mentioned in general terms and than the data provided by the original archive documents from the Prime Ministry Ottoman Archive about the structural features of the Davudpaþa Court were studied. Especially the original archive document dated 1890; is valuable for including a 19th century court structure design with the plan drawings, material and dimensional information. Additionaly the document provides insight about the positioning of the building where the Davudpaþa Court, which was played a role in defining the region where it is located, was established for a period.
