摘要：В статье рассматривается научная стратегия США. Особое внимание уделяется экспертной роли науки в этой стране, а также роли ученых в разработке стратегических прогнозов для государственных органов и крупнейших корпораций. Показано, что американская и мировая наука находятся в точке бифуркации, в которой делается выбор между форсированным развитием виртуального пространства и цифровой экономики и инновационными стратегиями, ориентированными на реальный сектор, окружающую среду, на человека.
其他摘要：The article examines the scientific strategy of the United States. Particular attention is paid to the expert role of science in this country, as well as the role of scientists in the development of strategic forecasts for government agencies and major corporations. It is shown that American and world science are at the point of bifurcation, in which a choice is made between the accelerated development of virtual space and the digital economy and innovative strategies aimed at the real sector, the environment, and the individuals.
