摘要：Статья посвящена проблемам антикризисного управления, связанным с возникновением и развитием кризисных явлений. Анализ трудов ученых позволил установить подходы, связанные с ресурсной теорией и концепцией динамических способностей применительно к российским организациям, требующиедополнительных исследований. Стратегия антикризисного управления выполняет важную функцию по стабилизации финансово-экономического состояния организации в условиях кризиса, поэтому должна подвергаться постоянному совершенствованию, учитывать влияние внешних и внутренних факторов на развитие бизнеса, быть ориентирована на реализацию мероприятий по предупреждению и преодолению кризисов,ликвидации их последствий и недопущению кризисов в планируемой перспективе. Рекомендуется использовать возможности профессиональных компетенций антикризисного директора организации при принятии антикризисных решений.
