摘要：Las mujeres representan en promedio el 43% de la mano de obra agrícola en los países en desarrollo. En la mayoría de las regiones en desarrollo, la agricultura es la principal fuente de ingresos para las mujeres rurales. Sin embargo, suelen ganar menos que los hombres y tienen menos estabilidad laboral. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, identificar los tipos de violencia que se producen en el sector bananero mediante una metodología investigativa de carácter cuantitativo y cualitativo mediante la técnica de campo de las encuestas. Llegándose a la conclusión El factor que contribuye a la baja participación de las mujeres en la industria bananera es el modo en que se organizan las tareas y las mujeres están mayormente limitadas al trabajo en la planta de empaque. In most developing regions, agriculture is the main source of income for rural women. However, they usually earn less than men and have less job stability. The purpose of this research is to identify the types of violence that occur in the banana sector and the role of the State in preventing, punishing and repairing the rights of women in this sector. The methodology used is quantitative and qualitative research through survey analysis. Conclusion The factor that contributes to the low participation of women in the banana industry is the way in which tasks are organized and women are mostly limited to work at the packing plant.
