摘要：El “mobbing” es un conjunto de circunstancias en las que se ejerce algún tipo de violencia psicológica sobre un individuo (s) durante la jornada de trabajo, y que afecta emocionalmente a los trabajadores, envolviéndolos en cuadros de depresión. La investigación se planteó como objetivo determinar la relación entre el mobbing y la depresión laboral del personal administrativo de un instituto pre universitario en Piura, Perú. El estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de nivel descriptivo correlacional. Se aplicaron dos instrumentos de recolección de datos a un total de 38 trabajadores y se procesaron los resultados en Spss, cuyos hallazgos indicaron lo siguiente: El análisis de correlación estadística deja en evidencia que existe una relación significativa (Sig.<0.05) entre el acoso psicológico (Mobbing) y la depresión del personal administrativo del Instituto de Enseñanza Pre Universitaria. ABSTRACT Mobbing is a set of circumstances in which some type of psychological violence is exerted on an individual (s) during the workday, and that emotionally affects the workers, wrapping them in depression pictures. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between mobbing and job depression of the administrative staff of a pre-university institute in Piura, Peru. The study has a quantitative, non-experimental design and descriptive correlational approach. Two data collection instruments were applied to a total of 38 workers and the results were processed in Spss, the findings of which indicated the following: The statistical correlation analysis shows that there is a significant relationship (Sig. <0.05) between bullying psychological (Mobbing) and the depression of the administrative staff of the Institute of Pre University Education.
