摘要：Рассмотрен предмет финансовой логистики с позиции инновационного менеджмента, методы и модели которого позволяют охватывать качественно новый синтез моделей управления материальными и финансовыми ресурсами. Методологический аппарат инновационного менеджмента включает принципы и методы исследования процесса создания технологических и нетехнологических (организационных) нововведений и оценки экономической эффективности результатов внедрения инноваций в социально-экономической системе. Финансовая логистика является новым направлением организации финансовых потоков во взаимосвязи с потоками информации и материальных ресурсов.
其他摘要：Financial Logistics is a new research area in the field of methods and models of the Innovation Management theory. The article considers the subject of financial logistics as the sphere of organizational innovations being the integral and parcel part of the Innovation Management methodology which includes principles and methods of the cost-effectiveness appraisal of the results of innovation in the social and economic system. Financial Logistics as a complex of methods has been overshadowed by the financial management theory overwhelming in the subject of the financial flows optimizing. In this relation the innovation management approach being the instrumental in planning of information and material resources the perspective of a new synthesis of material and financial resources management models appears.
